Born in Mallorca—what I still consider paradise—I have always had a strong curiosity about the world beyond the island. This drove me to move to Madrid to pursue a degree in Energy Engineering, where I began shaping my interest in the energy sector. During my studies, I took every opportunity to explore new environments, completing exchange programs in both the United States and Poland. These experiences not only broadened my academic perspective but also deepened my passion for learning, adapting, and embracing different cultures. After graduating, I returned to the United States to pursue a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Following my studies, I started my professional career in Houston, working for a water pump manufacturing company. It was there that I gained hands-on experience in the water sector and began to understand the critical intersection between energy, infrastructure, and sustainability. While I initially envisioned myself working directly in renewable energy—and I still hope to pursue that path in the future—I have discovered a strong sense of purpose in my current work. Today, I focus on developing and enabling energy optimization solutions and financial models in developing countries, helping create more sustainable and efficient systems where they are needed most. In my free time, I love traveling, staying active through sports—currently preparing for a triathlon—going to the cinema, and enjoying food.
